Job summary

KONE on the Gold Coast is seeking a driven Sales Executive to develop new lift upgrade business, manage an essential customer portfolio, and drive growth within the Tendered Repairs team. You will spend substantial time in the field engaging clients, presenting solutions, and closing deals with a focus on service excellence.

You will leverage a proven sales background, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end processes from prospecting to negotiation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in B2B construction or technical sales.
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Ability to interpret quotations, proposals, and contract terms.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generating leads and building customer relationships to drive sales growth.
• Assist with preparation and submission of tenders.
• Own end-to-end sales process from prospecting to solution development and negotiation.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM with accurate pipeline data and provide forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Engineering and Customer Service teams to ensure customer success.
