Job summary

KONE is seeking a Project Manager for the Modernisation Team on the Gold Coast, QLD. You will oversee and coordinate projects across the Gold Coast, managing people and resources, engaging customers, and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results.

You will drive project administration and financials while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement within a global, training‑oriented organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher qualification in construction management or related field.
• Lift/elevator industry experience is desirable.
• Experience managing projects commercially at PM level.

Responsibilities

• Achieve safety targets by developing a safety‑focused culture and following procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers and subcontractors during installation.
• Lead the team to exceed customer expectations and maximise performance.
• Conduct contract administration and manage project financials.
• Drive projects aimed at continuous improvement within the Modernisation team.
