KONE Corporation, based in Brisbane, seeks a Project Engineer to join our New Building Solutions team. You will oversee site-level project delivery, coordinate resources, manage stakeholder engagement and drive safety and quality across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have lift industry exposure, strong planning and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and compliance. Australian driver’s licence is required.

• Experience delivering projects at a site level.
• Trade/construct qualification is preferred.
• Lift industry experience is highly regarded.
• Strong safety, quality and compliance focus.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our New Building Solutions team in Brisbane, QLD. This person will work across multiple sites, overseeing and coordinating project roll outs, ensuring successful delivery through effective leadership, resource management, and customer engagement.

What will you be doing?

• Work closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop site teams.
• Oversee installations ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor site progress, productivity, and installation schedules to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery.
• Coordinate the delivery, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and tools.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and compliance requirements.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and site requirements.
• Proactively identify and resolve site risks, issues, and constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, and productivity.
