Job summary

KONE is a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, seeking experienced Electrical Lift Installers to join our New Building Solutions team in Sydney.

You'll manage installation environments across project lifecycles, coordinate site activities, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while contributing to major projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in lift industry.
• Electrical Licence NSW (or transferable).
• Experience in construction, infrastructure or major project environments.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and respond to on-site challenges.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the installation environment through the project lifecycle.
• Install elevator equipment per approved methods, schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate day-to-day site activities and logistics with customers and stakeholders.
• Report installation progress and project updates to the Installation Supervisor.
• Ensure activities comply with KONE policies, procedures and safety requirements.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of major projects, we are looking for experienced Electrical Lift Installers to join our high-performing New Building Solutions team in Sydney, working across both Volume and Major Projects. Whether your installation experience comes from smaller projects or large-scale developments, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the installation environment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Installing elevator equipment in accordance with approved methods, schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinating day-to-day site activities and logistics with customers and project stakeholders.
• Reporting installation progress and project updates to the Installation Supervisor.
• Ensuring all activities are completed in line with KONE policies, procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Maintaining a strong focus on workmanship, compliance and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• At least 2 years' experience in lift industry, across either small or large projects.
• An Electrical Licence in NSW or can be transferred.
• Experience working on construction, infrastructure or major project environments.
• The ability to manage stakeholder expectations and respond effectively to challenges on site.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach and pride in delivering exceptional results.
