Job summary

Trane Thermo King Pty Ltd is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sales growth for the MTA product range in the industrial process cooling market. You will engage customers, generate leads, and provide technical sales support across key sectors.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager - MTA, the role involves field-based customer engagement, site visits, and collaborative work with internal teams to secure orders and deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Trade qualification in refrigeration highly regarded.
• Experience in industrial process cooling or refrigeration systems preferred.
• Experience in technical sales or industrial equipment sales highly regarded.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and generate sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for the MTA product range.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across target sectors.
• Conduct regular site visits, prospecting activity, and lead generation to increase market presence.
• Prepare quotations and manage opportunities from enquiry to delivery.
• Coordinate with service technicians and internal teams to support project delivery.
