WorkCon is seeking a Client Engagement Representative (Sales/BDM) to develop new business and strengthen client relationships across Brisbane Northside and Sunshine Coast. You will promote our labour hire, recruitment and traffic control services, travel to client sites, and hit sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, recruitment, labour hire, construction, civil, industrial, or traffic control industries.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence speaking with clients over the phone and in person.
• Proactive approach to generating new business.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Genuine interest in building a long-term sales career.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients across civil, construction, infrastructure, and traffic control sectors.
• Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calls, site visits, networking, referrals, and client meetings.
• Promote WorkCon’s labour hire, recruitment, and traffic control services.
• Manage and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
• Meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Work closely with internal teams to support smooth service delivery.
• Stay informed on market activity, client needs, and industry opportunities.
• Seek feedback and continue developing your sales capability.
