Conplant Pty Ltd, Australia's leading specialist compaction equipment hire and sales company, is seeking a motivated Client Services Manager to drive growth across the Gold Coast, southern Brisbane, Toowoomba and Northern NSW.

You will manage quotes, develop time and territory plans and oversee the end-to-end sales process to deliver outstanding customer service and meet revenue targets. The role offers autonomy, travel to client sites and strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in plant/construction equipment hire or capital equipment sales.
• Self-motivated with ability to set and exceed targets.
• Willingness to cold call/visit potential customers on sites and at their place of business.
• Demonstrated client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Conplant Pty Ltd is Australia's leading specialist compaction equipment hire and sales company. We are seeking a motivated Client Services Manager to manage all aspects of the hire and sales across the Gold Coast, parts of Southern Brisbane, Toowoomba and Northern NSW regions.

The Role:

You will be responsible for driving growth and your energy and enthusiasm to get out on the road and meet customers will enable you to effectively drive business across these important regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of quotes, developing time and territory management plans and managing the overall sales process to deliver superior customer service to our clients, which will ultimately lead to the achievement of set revenue targets. This is an autonomous role with scope for someone with passion and drive to really shine.

To deliver in the key areas of the role you will require the following experience and skills:

• At least 2 years’ experience in plant/construction equipment hire or capital equipment sales in the civil construction industries, including working with local and state government. Preferred by not essential.
• An enthusiastic and passionate approach to business development - must be self-motivated with the ability to set and exceed targets.
• Willingness to cold call/meet potential customers on construction sites and at their place of business.
• Demonstrated client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
• Strong presentation, verbal and written skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office for sales reports and presentations.
• Experience using a CRM system (training will be provided).
