WorkCon is seeking a Client Engagement Representative (Sales/BDM) to develop new business and strengthen client relationships across Brisbane Northside and Sunshine Coast. You will promote our labour hire, recruitment and traffic control services, travel to client sites, and hit sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, recruitment, labour hire, construction, civil, industrial, or traffic control industries.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence speaking with clients over the phone and in person.
• Proactive approach to generating new business.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Genuine interest in building a long-term sales career.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As our Client Engagement Representative (Sales/BDM role), you’ll be responsible for developing new business, strengthening client relationships, and promoting WorkCon’s labour hire, recruitment, and traffic control services across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

This role will suit someone who enjoys being out in the market, meeting clients face-to-face, and turning conversations into long-term business partnerships.
