Job summary

Sync Technologies is seeking a Field Property Assessor – 3D Digital Capture to perform on-site inspections across Sydney Metro, capturing accurate digital twins of damaged properties using our 3D capture technology. You'll work directly with homeowners to document conditions while applying your building and insurance knowledge.

This is a hands-on, field-based role with training provided. You'll join a fast-growing insurtech team, receive a competitive salary plus superannuation and a car

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills to put anxious homeowners at ease.
• Strong background in Insurance Claims or Building Estimating/Supervising, with experience reading scopes of work.
• Keen eye for detail and willingness to learn how to identify physical building damage on-site.
• Full unencumbered Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Visiting residential properties throughout Sydney Metro on a scheduled run.
• Producing high-quality digital twins using our 3D capture technology.
• Applying your building and insurance knowledge so all visible damage is properly documented — nothing missed, nothing overstated.
• Following standardised SyncTech workflows to capture complete, consistent digital evidence.
• Delivering a genuinely good customer experience at every visit — this is a KPI, not a nice-to-have.
• Working with our Operations, Product and Tech teams to help us keep improving the capture process.
