HomeRepair is seeking a National Desktop Assessor to join our national network of building professionals across Australia. You will review property damage, assess repair scopes and costs, provide technical guidance and support quality repair outcomes.

Based in Melbourne or Sydney with hybrid working, you will collaborate with Assessors, Case Managers, Builders and Trade Partners, while contributing to catastrophe response and complex claim assessments.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in building or construction.
• Experience supervising residential repairs or construction works.
• Strong understanding of residential building practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
