Ideal candidates have hands-on pumping equipment experience or strong technical sales background in heavy industries, with a proactive attitude and a readiness to travel.

Qualifications

• Hands-on pumping equipment experience and willingness to move off the tools into a professional career.
• Understanding of basic mechanical functions and practical use on job sites.
• Ability to build relationships with contractors and network in the industry.
• Ambitious and motivated to grow, with the right attitude.
• Prior sales experience not essential; industry knowledge valued.

• Recommend equipment to prospective customers based on their specific requirements.
• Build strong relationships with contractors and industry networks, understanding their challenges and opportunities.
• Develop new business across your territory, including frequent outbound prospecting.
