Job summary

Ohme is seeking a Mobility Sales and Operations Lead to own the relationship with our dealer network across Australia. The role blends hands-on automotive experience with strategic sales and operations, giving you real ownership in shaping Ohme's growth.

You will train dealer teams, drive lead generation, improve conversions and ensure smooth delivery from training to installation, while traveling interstate to onboard new partners.

Qualifications

• Two years or more in dealerships, an auto OEM, or a relationship-based role.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• The ability and willingness to travel regularly, including interstate
• A team-player mindset. You'll roll up your sleeves and help with whatever needs doing.

Responsibilities

• Train dealer teams and create onboarding materials.
• Support dealers daily and solve problems on the spot.
• Drive lead generation and track performance weekly and monthly.
• Lift conversions through coaching and data-driven insights and support customer conversions.
• Support operational delivery to ensure smooth handoffs from sale to delivery.
• Onboard new partners and travel interstate to onboard dealers.
