Job summary

IT Alliance is seeking a Support Field Infrastructure Engineer to work on a Federal Government contract in Brisbane and Adelaide. The role focuses on ensuring infrastructure reliability, maintenance coordination, and field deployments across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates will have ITIL knowledge, relevant certifications, and experience with data centre facilities, ICT infrastructure, and drafting tools like AutoCAD and Visio.

Qualifications

• Must have ITIL experience and related certifications.
• Proven knowledge of ICT infrastructure and data centre facilities.
• Experience with technical drafting tools (AutoCAD/Visio) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyses service and component availability, reliability, maintainability and serviceability.
• Contributes to the availability management process and its operation.
• Provides technical expertise to enable the correct application of operational procedures.
• Investigates problems in systems, processes and services.
• Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures.
