Job summary

IT Alliance is seeking a Support Field Infrastructure Engineer to support a Federal Government client across Brisbane and Adelaide. The role focuses on infrastructure availability, reliability, and operation, with emphasis on ITIL processes and ICT infrastructure expertise.

The ideal candidate will bring certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) and strong drafting skills using Auto CAD and Visio. You will work with field teams to resolve issues and implement preventative measures in a complex

Qualifications

Experience in ITIL Foundation or higher is preferred.
Industry certifications such as Microsoft or Cisco are advantageous.
Experience with data centre facilities and ICT infrastructure is beneficial.
Strong technical writing and drafting skills using Auto CAD and Visio.

Responsibilities

Analyse service and component availability, reliability, maintainability and serviceability.
Contribute to the availability management process and its operation.
Provide technical expertise to enable correct application of operational procedures.
Investigate problems in systems, processes and services.
Assist with implementing remedies and preventative measures.
