Job summary

The role focuses on architecture, operational design, rack allocation, power usage and cabling, requiring Baseline clearance and experience with complex installations and scripting or automation where relevant.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and implement ICT infrastructure changes, projects and technical activities.
• Lead major incident response, recovery and root cause analysis for complex technical issues.
• Deliver infrastructure architecture, operational design, rack allocation, power utilisation and cabling outcomes.
• Provide technical advice, improve service reliability and develop technical standards and procedures.
