The role involves delivering technical guidance to project teams and ensuring deliverables align with department timeframes.

Key duties include coordinating infrastructure changes, leading major incident responses, troubleshooting complex issues and documenting infrastructure architecture and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT infrastructure services and support.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and certification beneficial.
• Ability to draft technical documentation and diagrams.

• Identify improvements to reliability, security and operational efficiency.
• Ensure project deliverables meet department timeframes.
• Collaborate with project managers to define deliverables and schedules.
