Job summary

IT Alliance is seeking a Support Field Infrastructure Engineer to support a Federal Government client across Brisbane and Adelaide. The role focuses on infrastructure availability, reliability, and operation, with emphasis on ITIL processes and ICT infrastructure expertise.

The ideal candidate will bring certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) and strong drafting skills using Auto CAD and Visio. You will work with field teams to resolve issues and implement preventative measures in a complex

Qualifications

• Experience in ITIL Foundation or higher is preferred.
• Industry certifications such as Microsoft or Cisco are advantageous.
• Experience with data centre facilities and ICT infrastructure is beneficial.
• Strong technical writing and drafting skills using Auto CAD and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Analyse service and component availability, reliability, maintainability and serviceability.
• Contribute to the availability management process and its operation.
• Provide technical expertise to enable correct application of operational procedures.
• Investigate problems in systems, processes and services.

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Support Field Infrastructure Engineer in Brisbane and Adelaide.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Experience in any of the following technologies would be advantageous: ITIL Foundation or higher, Microsoft certifications, Cisco certifications, Data centre facilities, ICT infrastructure,
• Technical writing and drafting i.e., Auto CAD and Visio.
• Analyses service and component availability, reliability, maintainability and serviceability.
• Contributes to the availability management process and its operation.
• Provides technical expertise to enable the correct application of operational procedures.
• Investigates problems in systems, processes and services.
• Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures.
