People Connect ICT Solutions in Australia is seeking two experienced Support Field Infrastructure Engineers to support the Department of Home Affairs, delivering reliable ICT infrastructure services.

The successful candidates will provide technical expertise across infrastructure operations, incident management, changes, and data centre support. They will work with project teams to ensure infrastructure deliverables meet government standards.

Competenze

• Experience managing availability and reliability of ICT infrastructure.
• Strong ICT operations and technical support background.
• Proficient in problem solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Scripting and basic programming or automation skills.
• Experience in systems design and infrastructure architecture.
• Hands-on data centre management and rack/power/cabling oversight.
• Project design and delivery within ICT environments.
• Ability to coordinate resources and track effort accurately.
• Familiar with government ICT governance, standards, and procedures.
