Job summary

ADL Group Australia is seeking two experienced Infrastructure Engineers to support ICT infrastructure operations, design and project delivery for a major Federal Government program. The role offers Brisbane and Adelaide locations with hybrid/flexible work options.

You will manage changes, troubleshoot complex issues, support data centre operations, develop designs and documentation, and drive service improvements, availability and reliability across the program.

Qualifications

• Experience in ICT infrastructure engineering and support.
• Knowledge of infrastructure design, availability and problem management.
• Experience with data centre infrastructure and installations.
• Strong troubleshooting, scripting and documentation skills.
• Understanding of ICT project governance and change management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement ICT infrastructure changes and installations.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and lead incident recovery.
• Support data centre operations, including rack allocation, power utilisation and cabling.
• Develop infrastructure designs, technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Drive service improvements, availability and reliability.
