Job summary

SEE Group is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to deliver civil and infrastructure construction packages on a WA-based mining and infrastructure project. The role focuses on field delivery, coordinating subcontractors and driving progress on concrete and infrastructure works.

You will report to the Project Manager, manage site interfaces, budgets, QA/QC, and ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence across multi-disciplinary teams on site.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering or Construction Management qualification
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer on major construction projects
• Strong background in concrete structures, civil infrastructure and structural works
• Experience managing contractors, supervisors and multidisciplinary construction teams
• Strong understanding of project controls, cost management and scheduling
• Exposure to contract administration and subcontractor management
• Experience in QA/QC, commissioning support and project completion activities
• Ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced site environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver civil and infrastructure construction packages from planning through to completion
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site crews
• Manage reinforced concrete structures, foundations, wharf and infrastructure-related works
• Monitor project budgets, schedules and productivity
• Prepare and manage QA/QC documentation, ITPs, inspections and project reporting
• Manage procurement activities and subcontractor agreements
• Identify and resolve technical and construction issues on site
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project standards
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and project teams to achieve successful project outcomes
