IPD Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in electrical services from our Campbelltown office in New South Wales. The role focuses on expanding market share across multiple channels, building a robust sales pipeline and delivering strong results through in-person customer engagement.

You will spend about 60% of time in the field, cultivating relationships with contractors, WS, OEMs and other partners, while coordinating with the Operations Manager to

Competenze

• 5+ years experience in the electrical industry.
• Electrical Trade Certificate or Electrical Engineering qualification.
• Experience selling HV & LV electrical services desirable.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
• Passion for net-zero and electrification of commercial fleets.

Mansioni

• Grow sales, increase market share and build a strong pipeline across multiple channels.
• Spending 60% of time in the field fostering customer relationships and managing project/quotation lists.
