Job summary
Hisense Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive dealer network growth and expand commercial opportunities across Melbourne and broader Australia. You will recruit, onboard, and support dealers, nurture partnerships, and translate market insight into channel strategies.
In this high-visibility role you’ll travel regularly, collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams, and play a pivotal part in scaling Hisense HVAC across commercial sectors with
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management in HVAC or related trade.
- Strong ability to build and grow dealer networks.
- Experience identifying and winning commercial opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated and resilient; willing to travel regularly.
Responsibilities
- Build & Grow Dealer Networks by recruiting, onboarding and supporting new and emerging dealers.
- Expand Commercial Opportunities by developing relationships with builders, consultants, and contractors; maintain a strong pipeline.
- Engage, train & support partners with product training and presentations; represent Hisense at events.
- Work cross-functionally with State Sales Manager, product teams, marketing and operations to inform strategy.
