Job summary

Wow Recruitment in Sydney seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to own a South West Sydney territory, driving new business and expanding existing client portfolios. You will be field-based, meeting clients, presenting tailored solutions and building lasting relationships with recognised automotive brands.

You will manage a high-potential territory, travel as needed, and enjoy a base salary of AUD 90,000 plus super, bonuses, and a fully maintained company vehicle with a fuel card.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or territory/account management in B2B sales.
• Proven ability to grow customer base and manage complex accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new opportunities across your territory.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
