Studio Collective Interior Design in Brisbane is seeking an intermediate Interior Designer to lead and deliver projects across all design stages. You will take ownership of projects, manage client relationships, and produce high-quality design outcomes in a fast-paced, high-end studio.

You should have 2–4 years of interior design experience, strong knowledge of materials and finishes, and be proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD and the Adobe Creative Suite.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an intermediate Interior Designer to lead and deliver projects across all stages of the design process.

This role is ideal for someone with strong industry experience who is confident taking ownership of projects, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality design outcomes within a fast-paced, high-end studio environment.

You will work closely with our team on:

• Concept development and design presentations
• Spatial planning and layout development
• Finishes and material selections
• Furniture, lighting and styling selections (FF&E)
• Preparing schedules, documentation and specifications
• Project coordination, timelines and delivery
• Client liaison and presentations
• Supplier liaison, procurement and installation coordination

This is a hands-on, detail-driven role that requires both creative thinking and strong project management skills.

ABOUT YOU

You have a solid foundation in interior design and you’re ready to take the next step. You’re comfortable working on your own tasks and also enjoy learning from a collaborative team.

You bring:

• 2-4 years experience in an interior design role (local industry experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture and suppliers
• Proven experience managing projects and client relationships
