Bluestone Recruitment is seeking a Design Manager for developer-side hospitality projects in Melbourne, to lead design from concept to delivery, working with internal property and project teams. The role requires around 6+ years in architecture/interior design hospitality, strong concept, spatial planning, and documentation through FF&E, with proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD and rendering tools.

• 6+ years in architecture, interior design, hospitality or related field

Our client is a successful and growing Australian property business with an established portfolio of hospitality assets and an expanding pipeline of new projects and refurbishments.

They are looking for an experienced Design Manager / Interior Designer / Architect to join their project delivery team and take a leading role in the design of hospitality environments from concept through to delivery.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the design process and wants to see their ideas progress from initial concept through to documentation and construction.

• Experience taking projects through to detailed documentation and delivery.
• Strong Revit/AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• Experience with rendering/visualisation software such as Enscape, Lumion or similar.
• A strong understanding of materials, finishes and FF&E.
• The ability to balance design quality with budget, programme and practical delivery requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
