Qualifications

• Proven experience leading interior design projects within multi-family, mixed-use, or large-scale urban developments.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, and AutoCAD.
• A portfolio showcasing contemporary interior solutions in residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work on-site and contribute actively to a vibrant studio culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the interior design development for multi-family and mixed-use schemes, ensuring innovative, spatially compelling concepts.
• Take ownership of design presentation packages, client and stakeholder engagement, and presenting your vision in meetings.
• Manage the full technical delivery process, including FF&E selections for high-end residential and urban schemes.
• Collaborate with architecture to ensure seamless integration of interior and architectural elements.
• Coordinate scheduling, timelines, and deliverables to meet key milestones.
• Contribute to studio design discussions and uphold creative excellence and sustainable design.
• Conduct on-site inspections to oversee furniture, fittings, and equipment installations.
