Job summary

Country Fire Authority (CFA) in Bendigo is seeking a dedicated FEM Support Officer. This full-time, office-based role provides customer service and administrative support to CFA Volunteer Servicing Brigades and internal/external customers, with a strong focus on data entry and processing.

You will manage data across systems, support SAGE, handle financial transactions, and maintain filing and office operations, working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Data entry and administrative support experience.
• Friendly customer service skills and ability to handle inquiries.
• Experience working with data across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and administrative support to CFA volunteers and internal/external customers.
• Perform data entry and manage data across systems.
