Job summary

Goodstart is seeking a Family Services Partner to support families and childcare centres with enrolments, subsidies, account inquiries, and general childcare information. Your role focuses on delivering exceptional service across multiple channels with careful data handling and record-keeping.

You will work within the Family Services team, building empathetic communications, meeting quality standards, and adapting to a fast-paced environment while supporting positive outcomes for children’s

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, administration or contact centre environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a genuine passion for helping people.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidence managing data and customer information.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Resilient and adaptable with a team-focused mindset.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Willing to obtain a Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via Geccko platform.
