Macquarie University’s Faculty of Medicine, Health and Human Sciences seeks a Faculty Operations Manager to coordinate operational and administrative services across the Faculty at Wallumattagal Campus, North Ryde. You will translate strategy into day‑to‑day delivery, oversee budgeting, resourcing and staff lifecycle administration to enable world‑class education, research and clinical activity.

• Extensive experience building and guiding high‑performing teams to deliver organisational outcomes.
• Ability to plan at strategic and operational levels with complex priorities.
• Experience in higher education or healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Faculty level Operations team and oversee performance and development.
• Oversee development of the annual Faculty budget with key stakeholders.
• Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations and budget management.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day operations at Faculty level across the portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across MU Health and the University.
• Support planning and implementation of Faculty‑wide strategic initiatives.
