Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent extensive experience
• Experience leading high-performing teams and delivering service-oriented operations
• Ability to plan strategically and manage complex budgets
• Experience in higher education, health, or multifaceted professional settings is desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage the Faculty level Operations team and oversee performance and development
• Oversee development and delivery of the annual Faculty budget with senior stakeholders
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations and budget management
• Coordinate operational issues and implement effective solutions
• Build relationships across departments to align strategic and operational activity
• Represent the Faculty in university-wide initiatives and drive service improvements
• Support the planning and implementation of Faculty-wide strategic initiatives
• Provide operational support for teaching units and staff/student administration
