Job summary

Forest Drapery Hardware in Batemans Bay, NSW, is seeking a dedicated Factory Worker to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This full-time role offers 38 hours per week, with 4 days per week worked and pay for 5 after a successful six-month probation.

Responsibilities include assembling products, packing orders, loading/unloading deliveries, and supporting colleagues in the factory, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Read and follow instructions accurately.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and competently.
• Be self-motivated, punctual, reliable and well-presented.
• Have excellent attention to detail.
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Hold a current C class driver’s licence.

Forest Drapery Hardware Pty Ltd is a well-established and successful Manufacturer and Distributor of high-end curtain tracks and innovative drapery systems servicing a large network of Retailers, Interiors Designers and Architects across Australia.

A fantastic opportunity currently exists for a Factory Worker to join our team. This position is suitable for a person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has an eye for detail and who works well by themselves or as part of a team.

Duties include:

• Product assembly (training will be provided).

• Checking & packing orders ready for dispatch.

• Loading and unloading of deliveries.

• Assisting other team members in the factory.

The successful candidate will:
