Job summary

The Camm Engineering Group – Albion Park Rail NSW is seeking an experienced urethane caster/factory hand to join our team. You’ll work with staff across tasks, manage your time, and contribute to production quality.

Key duties include casting and demoulding urethane parts, priming and finishing steel, setting up processes, and keeping the factory clean. Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Cast, demould and finish urethane parts.
• Prime and paint blasted steel surfaces.
• Set up and demould parts for production.
• Keep the factory clean and orderly.
• Assist staff with daily duties as required.
• Deliver and collect goods as needed.
• Record measurements for quality assurance.

The Camm Engineering Group – Albion Park Rail NSW

We are a family owned and operated company located south of Wollongong. We have been supplying engineering products for over 35 years both locally and throughout Australia to all forms of industry.

We are seeking an experienced an urethane caster/factory hand to join our team. Your ability to work with other members of staff and also be able to time manage is a key requirement.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to;

• Casting/demoulding/dressing urethane parts.
• Priming (painting) blasted steel
• Set up and demoulding parts.
• Cleaning factory
• Assisting other staff with their daily duties
• Delivering and picking up goods
• Measuring completed parts and recording measurements as part of quality assurance

To be successful you will have and demonstrate the following:

• Previous factory experience
• Drivers licence in manual
• Fork lift licence preferable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Time, task and priority management
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail
• Neat, tidy and professional presentation
• Team player with the ability to work unsupervised

The required working hours are 6:30am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday.

There is overtime opportunity before and after work, with occasional Saturdays available. Occasionally, overtime will be required.
