Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily manufacturing and batching processes.
• Lifting and handling heavy materials and products safely.
• Accurately picking, packing, and labeling orders.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the factory floor.
• Operating forklifts and other machinery as required.
• Maintaining stock records and assisting with general warehouse duties.
• Answering occasional phone inquiries and providing basic customer service.
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures.

Dribond Construction Chemicals is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and physically capable Factory Operator to join our production team on a full-time basis at our Wetherill Park facility.

This is a hands‑on, physically demanding role in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, where you’ll be actively involved in the day‑to‑day production and factory operations. If you enjoy working with your hands, staying busy, and being part of a tight‑knit team, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with daily manufacturing and batching processes
• Lifting and handling heavy materials and products safely
• Accurately picking, packing, and labeling orders
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the factory floor
• Operating forklifts and other machinery as required

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
• Forklift licence (preferred, but not the main focus of the role)

• The ability to take initiative and work independently when needed
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
