Job summary

Stylish Wardrobes and Showerscreens in Smeaton Grange NSW is expanding its production team. We seek reliable team players for roles in timber and glass fabrication, including wardrobe door and drawer box assembly, general factory hand and machine operation.

Experience with basic hand tools, beam saw, CNC or panel saw is beneficial; reading construction drawings helps. We offer a full-time, day-shift role with secure employment in a supportive, design‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• General fabrication experience with shower screens, windows or joinery is advantageous.
• Able to use basic hand tools and operate factory machinery.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings.

Stylish Wardrobes & Showerscreens specialise in the supply and installation of Wardrobes, Showerscreens, Mirrors & Splashbacks for New home builders, Building sites and the Residential market.

We are continuing to expand our business and client base therefore are seeking to fill additional roles within our factory team.

The Skills

We have multiple opportunities available within our production team, working with timber and glass based products, e.g. wardrobe door assembly, drawer box assembly, general factory hand and machine operation.

Any of the below skills are an advantage but not essential.

Experience in:

• General Fabrication - shower screens, windows, doors, joinery or similar are ideal
• Using basic hand tools
• Beam saw operation
• CNC operation
• Panel saw operation
• Experience working with or cutting glass
• Labouring
• Reading construction drawings

The Person

The successful candidate will possess the following;

• Valid Drivers licence - manual an advantage
• Ability to work well within a team and on their own
• Willingness to learn and be trained in fast paced busy environment
• Mature mindedness and is able to communicate with all walks of life
• Consistency, attention to detail and an eye for design
• Self-motivation with great organisation and time management skills
• Excellent attitude and a trustworthy, reliable nature
• Commitment to the delivery of excellent service to the customers of Stylish Wardrobes & Showerscreens.
