Job summary

Regency, a market leader in shower screens, wardrobes, mirrors and glass splashbacks, locally manufactures high‑quality products for the residential building market with manufacturing plants across Australia.

Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will join a permanent, safety‑conscious production team focused on quality and meeting daily targets. This hands‑on role suits someone with factory experience and a practical, team‑oriented approach to work.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or factory environments.
• Ability to use machinery and hand tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

• Manufacture quality products in line with company standards
• Picking, stacking, and handling stock
• Use of basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
• Maintain clean and safe work areas in line with WHS requirements
• Support daily production targets as part of a team environment

Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will join the team as a permanent employee, working in a supportive and safety-focused manufacturing environment with long‑term career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture quality products in line with company standards
• Picking, stacking, and handling stock
• Use of basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
• Maintain clean and safe work areas in line with WHS requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience working safely in a manufacturing or factory environment
• Confidence using machinery, tools, and manual handling processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• A positive, reliable, and hands‑on attitude
• Sound understanding of Safe Work practices
• Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks
