Job summary

Dalekit in Windsor, NSW is seeking a hands-on Despatch and Stores helper to wrap, label, and prepare products for despatch. You will load/unload trucks, assist with daily dispatch tasks, and support other factory areas during quieter periods.

You should be physically fit, able to lift 25 kg+, work at a steady pace, and be safe and reliable. A full Australian driver's licence and clear English communication are important to join our practical, team-focused manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on, varied role primarily focused on externals wrapping and getting orders despatch-ready, while supporting the wider Despatch and Stores team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active at work, can keep up a steady pace during busy periods, and takes pride in contributing to a team that values safety, efficiency, and quality.

Key responsibilities

Labelling and preparing products for delivery

Assisting with checking and organising what needs to go out the next day

Loading and unloading trucks safely

Helping other factory areas when needed, particularly during quieter periods

About you

A hard-working, dedicated go-getter who takes initiative and gets stuck in

Able to safely lift and handle heavy items, 25kg+, on a regular basis

Comfortable with repetitive tasks and can maintain focus and quality over the course of a shift

Reliable, safety-conscious, and proactive

Comfortable working at pace to keep up with production during busy periods

Has a positive, can-do attitude and works well independently or in a team

Communicates clearly in English

Has a full Australian Driver's Licence

Wants to be part of a hands‑on manufacturing team and take pride in their work
