Job summary

Icon Shower Screens & Wardrobes Pty Ltd, based on the Central Coast, is seeking an experienced, hands-on Factory Foreman to lead our manufacturing operations on the factory floor.

You will mentor the team, plan daily production, cut and assemble glass and aluminium frames, ensure quality and safety, and partner with management to drive continuous improvement in a modern, purpose-built facility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar manufacturing leadership position.
• Experience leading a manufacturing team in glazing/shower screen contexts.
• Ability to plan production schedules and manage safety.
• Excellent communication and time management.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Factory Foreman to lead our manufacturing operations.

This is not a desk job. We are looking for a leader who enjoys being on the factory floor, leading by example and setting the standard for quality, productivity and safety.

If you have experience in manufacturing or shower screens and wardrobe doors, know how to lead a team, and take pride in producing premium-quality products, we'd love to hear from you.

Please note: This is not an entry‑level role. We are seeking an experienced industry professional. Applicants with relevant shower screen and wardrobe manufacturing experience will highly considered.

About the Role

As our Factory Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility while remaining actively involved in production.

Your responsibilities will include:

Skills & Experience Required

To be successful in this role you must have proven experience in a similar manufacturing leadership position.

• Ability to read and interpret production drawings and cutting lists
• Previous experience leading a manufacturing team
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Current driver's licence
