Marble Group is seeking an experienced Factory Foreman to lead a busy joinery workshop in NSW. The role suits a seasoned Cabinet Maker or Workshop Supervisor to own factory operations, production quality, and a skilled trades team.

You will oversee day-to-day workshop performance, coordinate with drafting, and ensure projects meet the highest standards. Permanent full-time with a salary of $90,000-$120,000 plus overtime.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced Factory Foreman to join a bespoke joinery business based in NSW.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Cabinet Maker or Workshop Supervisor to step into a key leadership role, taking ownership of factory operations, production quality, and a skilled team of tradespeople.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop, lead a team of experienced trades, coordinate with the drafting department, and ensure all projects are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of tradespeople within a busy joinery workshop
• Oversee daily factory operations, workflow, and production quality
• Act as the link between the workshop and drafting team to ensure smooth delivery of projects
• Provide guidance and support to tradespeople, assisting with technical queries and problem-solving
• Maintain a hands-on approach, assisting on tools when required
• Ensure all joinery leaving the factory meets the required quality standards

About the Opportunity:

• Permanent full-time position with a salary package of $90,000 - $120,000 + overtime (dependent on experience)
• Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
