Job summary

Precision Shower Screens & Robes Pty Ltd in Croydon VIC is seeking a detail‑oriented Order Entry & CAD Production Coordinator to join our office and production team. This full‑time role focuses on accurate order entry, interpreting site measurements, and preparing CAD drawings for manufacture.

You will work onsite with our production staff, handle glass and materials orders, generate production files, and liaise as jobs move through the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Confident with computers and learning new software.
• Good with numbers and measurements.
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently.
• Previous CAD, manufacturing or glass industry experience would be an advantage, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Entering and processing shower screen, mirror and glass orders.
• Completing shower screen breakdowns from measurements and drawings.
• Ordering glass and associated materials.
• Preparing CAD drawings and production files.
• Preparing drawings/files for our waterjet machine.
• Glass optimisation and order entry.
• Preparing production paperwork.
• Liaising with factory staff as jobs move through production.
• Assisting with customer and trade enquiries.

Precision Shower Screens & Robes in Montrose is looking for a full-time team member to join our office and production team.

About the role

Full-time permanent position – Immediate Start

This is an office-based role involving order entry, working from site measurements and drawings, completing shower screen breakdowns, ordering, preparing CAD drawings and getting jobs ready for manufacture.

You do not need to be an engineer. We are looking for someone practical, accurate and comfortable working with measurements, drawings and computers.

Key responsibilities

• Entering and processing shower screen, mirror and glass orders.

• Completing shower screen breakdowns from measurements and drawings.

• Ordering glass and associated materials.

• Preparing CAD drawings and production files.

• Preparing drawings/files for our waterjet machine.
