Job summary

E4 People is recruiting for a Facility Manager in Holbrook to lead a smaller, well-established residential aged care home. You will work closely with the Care Manager and care teams to ensure consistently high-quality care while building strong relationships with residents, families and the wider organisation.

You will be supported by Governance and Education from Head Office and play a visible, clinical leadership role in everyday operations and compliance, contributing to a positive,

Qualifications

• Previous Facility Manager or senior aged care management experience.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Residential aged care experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Experience leading teams through accreditation and compliance requirements.
• Full Australian working rights.

• Support and develop the Care Manager, Registered Nurses and care team.
