For Purpose Aged Care invites a dedicated Residential Manager to lead our 125-bed Romsey residence. You will oversee daily operations, drive clinical excellence, and ensure regulatory compliance with support from a skilled on-site team and Head Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a medium- to large aged care home.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements.

About the Opportunity:

Stepping into this role you will take charge of daily operations and drive excellence and compliance in resident care — all with the support of cutting‑edge technology and a passionate, skilled team.

Work in partnership with cross‑functional teams including Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, and IT, within a dynamic and expanding national organisation.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years’experience managing medium‑to‑large aged carehome (preferred)
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements
• Excellent people managementskills
• Relationship buildingand negotiation skills
• Proven competency in operational planning, strategic andinnovative thinking
• Resource management, rostering and budget management
• Knowledge and hands on experience using computers and care programs
• Passionto make a difference to our residents, families and Employees
• A collaborative and compassionate approach
• Ability toinspire your team
• Current RN nursing registration with AHPRA
• Police Check (issued within 12 months)
