Job summary

Randstad is seeking a seasoned head of home to lead a dedicated care team in NSW, Australia. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care, driving a positive culture, and ensuring a smooth, commercially viable operation for residents and families alike.

You will report to the Regional Manager, lead safety and compliance, and collaborate with staff to sustain excellent care standards and community relations across the home.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a management or leadership role.
• Background in aged care or medical care.
• Strong digital literacy and experience with organizational systems.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will step into the role of 'head of' the home. You will lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care while creating a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.

This is a highly rewarding leadership position where you will drive quality care, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure the smooth, commercially viable operation of the home.
