E4 People is recruiting a Facility Manager for a residential aged care facility near North Ryde. You will oversee day-to-day leadership, performance and quality of the home, with a clear leadership structure to support you.

As the leader, you will drive clinical governance, lead multidisciplinary teams including RN staff, and maintain a high standard of care for residents. This is a senior, on-site role with long-term career potential within an established provider.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience as Facility Manager/Home Manager in Residential Aged Care (1+ year).
• Strong governance, compliance and quality focus within RAC.

Are you an experienced Facility Manager looking for your next leadership opportunity with an established aged care provider? We are currently recruiting for a Facility Manager to lead a residential aged care facility located near North Ryde. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a well-established nursing home, leading a strong clinical and care team while working within an experienced organisational structure.

The Opportunity

As Facility Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership, performance and quality of the home.

You will be supported by a clear leadership structure:

• Facility Manager
• Care Manager
• Registered Nurses
• Care Staff

You'll have the opportunity to lead from the front, develop your clinical leadership team and ensure residents receive a high standard of care and support.

About You

• Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
