Redstone Recruitment is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead a large residential aged care home in Melbourne. You will drive performance, oversee clinical and operational outcomes, and foster a positive, resident-centered culture for staff, residents, and families.

The role requires AHPRA registration, proven aged care management experience, and strong leadership with a focus on quality, accreditation readiness, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Sound understanding of aged care quality and compliance requirements
• Experience managing financial and operational performance
