You will help manage front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, assist with mail, procurement, vendor coordination, and workplace readiness to deliver safe, high‑quality workplace experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, workplace operations, administration, hospitality, reception, or customer service within a corporate environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operation of the workplace across front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house environments to ensure a safe, professional office experience.
• Maintain reception spaces, meeting rooms, kitchens, and office amenities to agreed standards.
• Assist with workstation moves, furniture setups, signage, pantry services, and hospitality support.
• Provide flexible operational support across reception, concierge, and workplace services as required.
• Coordinate mail, courier services, and logistics while maintaining records and documentation.
• Support procurement, stock management, purchase orders, and service documentation.
