DAF-Jones Lang LaSalle (WA) Pty Ltd is seeking a part-time Facilities Assistant to support integrated facilities management for a Global Financial Services client. You will help deliver safe, efficient, and high-performing workplace operations in a corporate environment.

In this role you will coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house activities, assist with mail, procurement, and admin tasks, and support meetings, events and workplace technology with the onsite team.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation, presentation, and functionality of the workplace.
• Maintain reception, meeting rooms, kitchens, and other workplace areas to standard.
• Assist with workplace logistics including workstation moves and furniture setups.
• Provide flexible operational support across reception, concierge, and back-of-house functions.
