Job summary

Victoria Police invites a proactive Facility Coordinator to support North West Metropolitan Region facilities. The role emphasises customer focus, flexible working arrangements and collaboration with contractors and internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will manage maintenance, service delivery and minor works, while driving improvements, safety and efficient police workplaces across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, property, maintenance, project coordination, infrastructure, local government or operational service delivery environments.
• Experience working with contractors, consultants or external service providers.
• Relevant qualifications or experience in a related field.
• Commitment to Infrastructure Solutions' goals of customer centricity, innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating facilities maintenance and service delivery across the North West Metropolitan Region.
• Managing service requests and ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
• Working with contractors and service providers to coordinate maintenance and improvement works.
• Supporting minor works projects and facility improvement initiatives.
• Building productive relationships with local police members and regional stakeholders.
• Assisting with compliance, risk management and asset management activities.
• Monitoring contractor performance and service outcomes.
• Identifying opportunities to improve services and customer experience.
• Supporting the delivery of safe, functional and efficient police workplaces.
