Job summary

JLL is seeking an Account Lead for its key client account across Australia and New Zealand, responsible for delivering facilities management services and driving operational excellence across managed properties.

You will balance client relationship management with hands-on execution, lead vendor partnerships, manage site budgets, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities or property management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.
• Experience leading vendor partnerships and ensuring SLAs.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic client relationships through proactive communication and reviews.
• Manage site operating budgets, financial processes, cost optimization, and forecasting with monthly reports.
• Lead day-to-day facilities operations ensuring safety, cleanliness and functional systems.
• Oversee vendor/contractor relationships, drive performance and continuous improvement.
