Job summary

Investa is seeking a motivated Facilities & Operations Manager to lead day-to-day building operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and an exceptional tenant experience across our portfolio.

You will manage service providers, drive compliance and sustainability initiatives, and collaborate with tenants and stakeholders to deliver high standards of presentation and service. A proactive approach and strong budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities and operations management in a commercial property/office environment.
• Strong knowledge of building operations, essential services, and workplace health & safety requirements.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and coordinate projects.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to build trusted tenant relationships.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned buildings with high standards of safety, service and tenant experience.
• Build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders to deliver responsive facilities management.
• Lead facilities management services and providers to ensure safe, efficient work with minimal disruption.
• Oversee building compliance, essential services, safety audits and emergency procedures.
