Michael Page Australia is recruiting for a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee daily facilities operations in a privately owned property and investment group. The role focuses on safe, functional premises and proactive maintenance planning with strong contractor management.

You will maintain accurate maintenance records, coordinate both planned and reactive works, and provide clear updates on priorities and progress to stakeholders.

• Strong facilities management capability across day-to-day building operations and maintenance.
• Experience coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Ability to manage contractors and service providers through scheduled and urgent work.
• Sound judgement when prioritising maintenance requirements and site issues.
• Confidence maintaining accurate work orders, maintenance records and service documentation.
• Ability to communicate practical updates on facilities activity and outstanding works.
